We are a factory — not a trading company, not a dealer, not a middleman. Our 20,000+ square meter manufacturing facility employs over 150 skilled workers and engineers dedicated exclusively to building industrial shredders. Every machine we sell is designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested in our own factory.
We started 15 years ago with a small workshop and a commitment to building machines that last. Today we export shredding equipment to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
What We Build
Single-Shaft Shredders
Hydraulic pusher design with sizing screen for controlled output. 2-30 TPH. Ideal for wood, plastics, paper, and light waste.
Double-Shaft Shredders
Counter-rotating high-torque design for tough materials. 3-40 TPH. Handles whole tires up to 2000mm, bulky waste, MSW, and industrial scrap.
Four-Shaft Shredders
Precision fine shredding with self-cleaning cutters. 1-15 TPH. For rubber granules, e-waste, and secondary size reduction.
Hammer Mills
High-speed impact design for final size reduction. 5-50 TPH. Produces biomass chips, wood flour, and fine granules.
Complete Shredding Lines
Turnkey systems with shredder, conveyor, separator, screen, and baler. 5-60 TPH. Engineered to your material and output specs.
Our Manufacturing Standards
Shafts: Forged 42CrMo alloy steel, CNC-machined and finish-ground to 0.02mm runout tolerance. Never welded.
Blades: Imported D2 tool steel, heat-treated in-house to HRC 58-62. Every blade individually hardness-tested.
Bearings: SKF or NSK on every machine — no exceptions.
Gearboxes: Rated for 1.5x motor output for cool running and long service life.
Controls: Siemens PLC with auto-reverse, overload protection, and remote diagnostics.
Testing: Every machine runs a full load test with real material before shipping. Customers receive video proof.
